Game offer
Right at the beginning of my Casombie Casino test I noticed that not only the overall look, but also the Game categories fully tailored to the zombie world are. You get toxic games (top games), Fresh blood (new games) as well as immortal games (popular titles) and you can always look at the slots you last played right at the top. Unfortunately, favorites cannot be set.
As usual, you can enjoy countless variants of the well-known casino games, where you can also discover some German-language tables. Not too zombie-like, but all the more glamorous in the many game shows like:
Bonus
When I tried out the new bonus package, I immediately understood how the four deposit levels are structured. Each level can be activated individually and appears directly in your own profile, so that I could see at any time during the test which conditions were still open.
The current values are:
All bonuses start from NZ$30 , the maximum bet is as usual NZ$5 , and per bonus phase a maximum of NZ$300 be paid out. The deadline of 14 days was easily enough in my test, and the free spins were credited to me immediately after the deposit every time. Just don't forget the 24-hour activation rule.

Seriousness & security
Casombie is a relatively young themed casino and can do One valid Anjouan license show. Previously, the online casino was run by the well-known Rabidi N.V . Led. The operator can be classified as reputable and I find primarily positive reviews on the Internet, even if here and there (as is often the case) the payout morale is criticized.
In my Casombie Casino test I recognized a solid foundation of regulations such as general terms and conditions, data protection regulations or AML guidelines There is a need for action when it comes to responsible gaming .
Service & Support
- No hotline
- Thin information material
- -
My Casombie Casino experience in live chat is impeccable because I became friendly around the clock in German cared for. This lays the foundation, but I would have found a telephone hotline even better. Of course you can also write Casombie a quick email.
Unfortunately, the information material is somewhat sparse. In “About us” the operators briefly introduce themselves (unfortunately without any zombie reference) and you can find your way through lediGLIch ten FAQs inform. There are a whopping 15 language options to choose from.
| Contact details | Response time | Available | Quality | |

Deposits and withdrawals
Casombie Casino has a sufficiently wide payment portfolio with the following service providers:
You can deposit from NZ$ 10 and then use the following cryptocurrencies up to a maximum of 5,000 euros:
The know-your-customer process takes place via email in a somewhat lax and opaque manner and you always needIGT to make a One-time turnover of your funds, otherwise your profits will be lost and you will pay a 10 percent fee (otherwise everything is free).
A maximum of three payouts may be made at once, and the maximum processing time is three working days. Everything goes here from NZ$20 , taking her up only NZ$500 a day and then 7,000 euros per month are determined. As a VIP of the highest level, this is 1,500 or 20,000 euros.
VIP & loyalty program
During my test, the VIP system seemed much tidier than before. Instead of collection points, there are now five fixed levels that develop automatically with your own activity. The benefits are displayed on the profileIGT, so I could always see what was available at my level.
The payout limits increase noticeably per level:
| VIP level | Withdrawal limit per day/month |
|---|---|
| Level 1 | NZ$800/NZ$11000 |
| Level 2 | NZ$800/NZ$16000 |
| Level 3 | NZ$1000/NZ$19000 |
| Level 4 | NZ$1000/NZ$24000 |
| Level 5 | NZ$2000/NZ$32000 |
From the higher levels onwards, additional services such as personalized offers, cashback and a personal VIP manager are added. For me, the program seemed less playful, but much more practical.
Minimum bet & limits
- The exact game limits can only be seen in the respective title
- Lower VIP levels remain noticeably limited for payouts
- -
During my Casombie test report, I was able to move freely with the stakes: many slots start in the cent range, while live tables often start significantly higher.
It only became crucial when we took off. This remains on the first two VIP levels Daily limit at NZ$800 , which was quickly noticeable for me as soon as several wins came together. The scope only opens up from level 3, and this is at level 5 Finally, the daily limit is NZ$2000 , which is much more convenient for regular payouts.
Optics & Design
What struck me the first time I clicked through was how consistently Casombie has developed his dynamic style. The casino page looks much tidier than before, without losing the typical charm of the characters. Each area has its own scene that visually matches each category, and side navigation makes it easy to switch between casino, sports, tournaments or VIP program.
Despite the playful representations Everything remains easy to read, and important areas such as bonus selection, registration or VIP levels open up clear overlays . If you like the comic look, the overall look is high quality and surprisingly consistent.

I don't notice any notable changes to the smartphone compared to the version discussed so far. All features are also designed for mobile use and visually it remains a great zombie spectacle. You can have your mobile Casombie Casino experience simply in the browser of your device. A native app has not been developed.
