Game offer
Our first glance when entering the casino is the games on offer. On the homepage, Oshi advertises that more than 2,500 casino games are available to choose from. The casino has thus created an impressive range of games. Not every casino we tested achieves this colorful mix of:
- Slots
- Playing cards
- Video poker
- Lottery
- Roulette.
The casino's offering is rounded off by: live casino , where casino fans can play classics like blackjack or roulette at various locations Tables with live dealers can play.
How can Oshi realize this wide range? The online casino did not develop the games itself, but relies on collaboration with various service providers. These include, among others:
- Amatic
- EGT
- Betsoft
- Igrosoft.
For the live casino alone, Oshi works with three providers, namely NetEnt , Ezugi and Authentic Gaming, together. Cooperations whose effects we feel at every step in the online casino.
Seriousness & security
Behind Oshi Casino is Direx N.V. A company that has a lot of experience in iGaming. In terms of seriousness, this is an important first clue. A second point is the AskGamblers certificate, which promises a fair relationship between the casino and fellow players. Since Direx N.V. Operating from Curacao, the Caribbean island state is also responsible for licensing and regulating Oshi Casino.
What else is important for us in this test category? One point is data transmission. This is an opportunity for hackers to attack. Oshi bets with that SSL encryption to a standard that we also know from online banking - and that has proven itself in recent years.
Oshi takes the topic Player protection very serious , which primarily targets gambling addiction. The online casino takes several approaches. On the One hand, Oshi provides information on the topic. On the other hand, in account management, players have the opportunity to set limits for stakes or playing time - and can take a break at times. There is even the possibility of being excluded from the game directly.
Service & Support
How well does Oshi Casino handle customer service? A legitimate question for an online casino. Anyone who has a concern about the offer or the bonus promotions as a member of the casino can contact support via e-mail address. On the other hand is with the Live Chat a direct line to customer service is available.
If you want to solve problems quickly yourself, you can also use the FAQ look around. The latter deals with various topics and can provide assistance for various questions. Points are deducted at this point for the fact that there are German-speaking players in the casino exclusively with EnGLIsch move forward with problems.
Deposits and withdrawals
Oshi Casino relies on One very modern banking , which combines proven payment methods with many new ePayment providers. Visa and MasterCard as credit cards are very common throughout the industry. At the same time, payments can also be made by bank transfer. Many casino fans now rely on e-wallets and payment service providers. The advantage: Payments are processed within a very short time.
The provider accepts deposits, for example via Skrill, Neteller or Payz and Paysafecard in the online casino . We also came across SOFORT in the test. Attention: The payment methods available vary with country of residence . New users should take a look at Oshi Casino's payment policy.
Payout ratio
The payout ratio or RTP (from Return to Player) reflects the extent to which players' stakes are distributed as winnings. Sure: 100 percent is desirable from the perspective of casino fans. However, this will remain a wish – salaries and licenses have to be paid somehow.
Since the RTP varies from game to game, we don't think it makes sense at this point to simply put an average in the room - that The variance is simply too big . Ultimately, we can only point out that you should always look for information about the payout rate in the paytable.
Minimum bet & limits
Regarding the limits and stakes, we at Oshi cannot detect any weak points . The game in question is always crucial at this point. On some slots you can spin with just a few euro cents and hope for a big win. Especially in the live casino, the limits – i.e. The buy-ins – are often significantly higher.
A welcome opportunity for high rollers to do a few laps among themselves. How high the stakes ultimately are can be easily seen from the paytable. Attention: Every casino fan should do this from the first minute Bankroll management keep an eye on. This is the only way a downswing (the infamous streak of bad luck) will not have a dramatic impact on the balance in the online casino.
Optics & Design
As is well known, taste can be debated. Therefore, we tend to evaluate here Functionality and clarity of the online casino. Oshi takes a clear line in this area. All play areas are easily accessible from the home page. What stands out in this context is the sorting of the games. In the test, we were not only able to filter by developer and game category - but also by the wagering contribution for the game Online casino bonuses . A feature that is rarely found in this form in the casino scene.
Mobile app
Mobile applications have become increasingly important in recent years. And Oshi Casino cannot escape this trend either. All the more astonishing is the fact that we found no evidence of One in the casino test native Casino app for installation on a smartphone or tablet. But in the end it's not necessary.
In this context, Oshi relies on this InstantPlay . The latter is also known as a web app. Here you simply access a website optimized for mobile devices. The user can use this to log in – and start playing straight away. It doesn't matter whether you play with your smartphone today or your tablet tomorrow.
