Game offer
The The range of games at Sugar Casino should appeal to most players . Here you will find a very large number of slots from many different developers as well as two live casino areas. A sports betting area is not offered, but given the extensive range of games it is probably not necessary.
Slots
The online casino offers over 1,700 different slots from a total of 22 different developers to. In terms of variety, there is nothing to complain about here. You can find games from big developers like NetEnt , Microgaming or Play'n GO, but also slots from smaller providers like Thunderkick or Wazdan. According to the casino, the most popular games include:
Of course, bonus credit is also subject to certain conditions in this online casino. You have to fulfill these requirements so that your bonus credit is converted into real money and you can have it paid out. For the Casino welcome bonus At Sugar Casino you have to wager the bonus amount at least 36 times on slots before you can have any winnings paid out. The free spins have no wagering requirements. Profits from them can therefore be paid out directly.
There is a small catch with these fairly fair sales conditions. If you have that Casino bonuses If you have accepted the offer, you must pay out a minimum amount that corresponds to the sum of your deposit plus the bonus balance. So, for example, if you deposit 80 C$and receive an additional 80 C$bonus credit, you have to withdraw at least 100 C$regardless of whether you have already met the conditions or not. This significantly reduces my otherwise good Sugar Casino experience in terms of bonuses.

Seriousness & security
Security and seriousness are probably the most important points in an online casino. At Sugar Online Casino you don't have to worry about the reliability of the provider. In addition to this, the operator Gammix Limited operates several other reputable casinos and has One of the Malta Gaming Authority issued gambling license .
When it comes to security in the casino, I can definitely give the all-clear. The casino works with the most modern encryption technologies to ensure the security of your data and transactions.
Player protection is also important. When you open your account area, you have various options there to set your own limits . You are free to set a deposit limit, a session limit or a loss limit. You can also block yourself here for a period of up to 30 days. However, you can only request a permanent ban from the game through support.
I couldn't find any meaningful negative reports about the Sugar Online Casino in the relevant forums. Most players complained that they were allegedly against the bonus terms and conditions had been violated and as a result a payment was refused. However, you cannot necessarily blame the casino for this.
Service & Support
- Very poor FAQ
- Live chat only on EnGLIsch
- Very poor support times
My Sugar Casino experiences are not as bad in any area as with support. This is due, among other things, to the fact that it can only be reached between 10:00 a.m. And 11:00 p.m., regardless of whether Live chat or by email . In addition, you will only receive answers to EnGLIsch in the live chat. The employees are friendly and helpful, but really good support is different.
As an alternative to the sparse support times, you still have this sparser FAQ of the online casino, which has not even been completely translated into German and therefore contains multilingual paragraphs.
All in all, the support of this online casino is really not good , which is why I can only recommend Sugar Casino to players who are already familiar with online casinos and therefore have fewer questions. The casino does not offer telephone support at all.

My experiences with the first deposit, bonus activation and withdrawal
Of course, for my first deposit I had to choose a payment method. I decided to make a credit card deposit of 40 C$ . When making a deposit, don't forget to check the box to activate the bonus.
If you remember to check the box, the bonus will be automatically activated immediately after your deposit.
Afterwards I wanted to initiate a payout straight away and have my money transferred back to my credit card. To do this, you must first confirm that you agree that the bonus will be lost. Your payment details are stored by Sugar Casino, so you shouldn't have any problems with the payout.
I was then toldIGT that I should upload further documents to verify my account before the payout could be initiated. The provider does not have its own function for the KYC process. That's why I had to send my documents by email. My withdrawal was canceled because of this.
After sending the documents, I was able to send the payment again and my money has now been returned.
In total My test result for the Sugar Online Casino was good, the KYC process took place within a day and then the payout was quick.
VIP & loyalty program
- No information about promotion to the VIP area
- -
- -
The Sugar Casino's VIP program can hardly be described as such . Because what exactly you have to do to be considered a VIP here and what rewards await you in detail is unclear. According to the online casino, as a VIP you will be given priority when it comes to payouts, receive special bonus offers and can take part in special raffles.
Minimum bet & limits
Since you will find a large number of games in this online casino, you also have options various possible uses available. Many of the slots on offer can be started with a stake of just One cent per payline. In the live casino area you will also find a number of games that require a minimum stake of less than One euro. On the other hand, come too High rollers not too short at Sugar Casino.
A large part of the slots can be played with stakes of 80 C$or more can be played per spin and even in the live casino, several thousand euros per game can be easily betGLIch. Overall, every type of player should get their money's worth here. There is no information here about the maximum payouts per day, week or month.
Optics & Design
- Pretty minimalist design
- Search function not very successful
- -
The Page of Sugar Casinos looks very tidy . The few existing categories can be accessed with just One click and the entire layout seems almost spartan in places. You can filter the available games by provider, but there is no intelligent search function or further subcategories. The account area of the casino is also very clearly designed.
You can quickly access all important functions again . Overall, it should be easy for beginners to find their way around this online casino. However, if you are a fan of innovative and originally designed casinos, you will definitely not be happy here. All in all, the Sugar Online Casino is quite barren and cold, but easy to use.
Mobile app
One of your own Sugar Casino does not offer an app for download . But you have the possibility to see the page via the browser of your tablet or smartphone to call. The design of the mobile version of the casino differs relatively significantly from the desktop version. The arrangement of the games and categories has been adapted to the smartphone screen, which does not affect the ease of use.
Most games are also available to you on mobile devices . You can also contact support, access your account area and make deposits and withdrawals while on the go.
